The historic building is being revived. By restoring authentic architectural elements, the century-old building will house conceptual design and contemporary artwork. A small community will live here - owners of just 22 spacious apartments, who will create their life collection in an environment designed with respect for the past and valuing privacy.

loft gallery is a building with 37 spaces for creativity in the heart of Naujamiestis, in the first loft quarter of Vilnius. "We gave a new concept and identity to the building, which already had a unique architecture and a great location. We named it "loft gallery" - it will be a building-gallery, a space for creativity. And we hope to turn the public spaces of the building into a constantly changing art gallery," says project developer Karolis Aidulis.

Pavadinome jį „loft gallery“ – tai bus pastatas-galerija, erdvės kūrybai. O viešas pastato erdves tikimės paversti nuolat kintančia meno galerija.“ – teigia projekto vystytojas Karolis Aidulis.
The project called Palanga Dreams consists of unique apartments for relaxation on the Lithuanian seaside. The former hotel of the company Šilkas now is reborn to the to the exclusive real estate project. Here the history of the building and creative decisions are adopted to modern life. Everything from the facade to interior is thought out in detail in order to have the unique seaside feeling at home.

The project called Smilčių namai consists of small to medium size spaces for holidays in Palanga. It is a wonderful choice for those who hear the sea calling and want to get out of the buzzling city more and more often. When creating this project we thought about style, practicality and minimalism. We believe that these are the values that ensure a cozy and comfortable rest.

Nidos banga is a historical hotel situated in one of the most beautiful places in Lithuania - Nida. The hotel overlooks the Curonian Lagoon and has its unique resort vibe. We revived the hotel in just 90 days: created boho themed interior and renewed the exterior of three buildings. However, we managed to preserve the valuable and unique to Nida elements. The hotel became a place that is full of creativity, comfort and the sound of the lagoon waves.
Istorinis viešbutis Nidoje, unikalioje vietoje ant marių kranto, kurį prikėlėme naujam gyvenimui vos per 90 dienų. Sukūrėme pajūrio dvasios įkvėptą interjerą, atnaujinome trijų autentiškų pastatų išvaizdą, išlaikėme, kas unikalu ir vertinga. Įdėjome stiliaus ir kūrybos, bet ne prabangos. Tai vieta, kurioje jaučiama tai, kas amžina Nidoje - marių ošimas ir gaivus vėjas pušyse.
